Framing of roof

Tuesday, November 4, 2008: Today, the roof framing,(except for the wrap around porch),was completed. Now it is beginning to look like a house!

Thursday, October 30, 2008: Today the wind was calm enough for the crane to come back, and set the roof trusses over the upstairs.

Monday, October 27th,2008: Crane at work site today to set roof trusses. Was able to set the 1st floor roof trusses over the garage and master bedroom, but too windy to set the trusses over the upstairs. It is cold and windy on the hill!

October 28th and 29th: Still working on the garage and master bedroom roof. Still very windy and cold. Snow flurries on Tuesday.

Wednesday,October 29th: Electric company connected the electric today! Builders are now able to use electric, instead of running a generator.

Started framing Garage today

Wednesday, October 22, 2008: Today the framing of the garage walls began.
